Fitness didn’t just change my life—it became part of who I am. I started out just wanting to feel better in my body, and along the way, I found my passion: movement, strength, and helping others discover what their bodies are capable of.

Now, nothing brings me more joy than guiding others toward their goals—whether that’s building muscle, getting stronger, or just feeling more confident in their skin. I believe in natural, sustainable fitness fueled by real food and real consistency.

Outside the gym, I’m a big fan of routines, messy sketchbooks, judo sessions, and afternoons in the garden. I bake sourdough bread from scratch and spend every moment I can with my favorite person, Connor. If you ask my friends or family, they’ll all say the same thing: fitness is my thing.
